If you sign up for an account on our website, you're responsible for keeping it secure
and for everything that happens under your account. We might check new accounts before you can use our
services, but we're not obligated to. To use our services, you need to be 18 or older. If you're under
18 but at least 13, you can still use our services with permission from a parent or guardian. Don't try
to get around our security measures. We're not responsible if someone lies about their age. We assume
all account holders are old enough or have permission, and any responsibility lies with them.
We can refuse service to anyone. Only use our services for legal purposes, according to US and
Pennsylvania law. We don't allow illegal activities or support them. We might work with legal
authorities or third parties if there's suspected illegal activity. Illegal content isn't allowed on our
products or services. This includes copyrighted material used without permission, and material that's
offensive, defamatory, or breaks export laws. We reserve the right to identify and remove unacceptable
content or links. If you're caught using our services for illegal activities, your account will be
suspended or terminated, and we might share your information with law enforcement.
Giving false contact information could lead to your account being terminated. If you notice any
unauthorized use of your account, let us know right away. We're not responsible for any actions or
damages caused by you. We might suspend, disable, or delete your account if you break any rules or if
your actions could harm our reputation. If we delete your account for these reasons, you can't sign up
again. We might also block your email or IP address to prevent you from registering again.
You need to pay all fees for your account as per the current billing terms. If you
haven't paid within 24 hours of the due date, your services will be suspended, and if payment is still
not received within three days, your services will be terminated. If you've set up auto-renewal, you'll
be charged automatically based on your selected term. You're responsible for all fees from the time your
account was created until you ask us to terminate your services. Even if you terminate your account, you
still need to pay any outstanding debts to ALOS shield, including any court or collection fees.
Sometimes we offer special rates or deals, but you can't switch services just to get a promotional
discount. Some deals can't be combined. We can change product prices whenever we want and refuse any
orders. We might also limit the quantity you can buy per person or household. If we change or cancel an
order, we'll try to let you know by email, Discord, or phone. We might also contact you about invoices
or payments.
If we think your purchase is risky, we might ask for your photo ID and a recent bank statement. If you
dispute a charge, your server will be suspended immediately, and you won't be eligible for a refund
unless you request it through our support system. We won't consider refund requests made elsewhere.
Refunds will be giving if requested within a 6 hour period of the buy time and for a legit reason, ALOS shield has the right to deny any and all refunds if we deem not appropriate
Clients must follow ALOS shield policies, or their services may be suspended or terminated...
If you receive an abuse report, you must respond within 24 hours with a solution and
explanation. Failure to respond promptly may result in service suspension until the issue is resolved.
If the abuse continues, ALOS shield may terminate your service and ban you from their network. Abuse
reports must be submitted through our client area.
Our 'unlimited data' offering operates under a fair use policy, ensuring equitable access for all users
while safeguarding the integrity of our network. While we don't impose strict data caps, we reserve the
right to enforce reasonable usage guidelines. Excessive or abusive usage, which may strain our network
resources, could result in either billing for additional usage or temporary suspension of service. This
policy allows us to maintain a high-quality service experience for all our users while discouraging
misuse that could disrupt network performance.
